The Life Plan class lays the foundation for our grounded, embodied self, and provides basis for how to shift from an emotion and return to a place of centered response. It is both understanding of why we act as we do, and a tool for acting consciously. Working the Life Plan you will create an individual body map, and build the skills for conflict resolution.
This class is a basic for all dreamers; for practitioners it is an invaluable tool for using with clients.
This class is primarily experiential, with the first session including some pedagogical instruction; sessions 2-10 explore the Life Plan via imagery exercises.
